Is this a subscription?
Only the Coffee Passport renews monthly, and you can cancel it any time. City guides and the Coffee 101 course are one-time purchases.
When do the guides launch?
The first city guides open in early 2027. Reserving a guide puts you on the list, and nobody is charged until it ships.
Are the guides sponsored?
No. Cafés cannot pay to be included. We pay for our own coffee everywhere we write about.
Do the guides work offline?
Yes. Each guide is a PDF that opens on any phone without a signal, which matters on ferries and in old stone bars.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to us within 30 days of any purchase and we refund it in full.
